Start the process with an in home meeting with a member of our sales staff. After addressing all of your questions (such as packing, valuation options, transit times, etc.), you will be given a written estimate of your relocation costs. We will also discuss payment options at that time.

If packing services are needed, rest assured that our trained packers will be diligent in the safe handling and packing of your personal belongings. Packing your own goods is also an option; materials can be purchased from ARS for reasonable costs.

Once you have chosen ARS to transport your goods, you will be introduced to a Customer Service Representative. This person will act as your main point of contact with ARS, and will be your concierge and advocate. Your CSR will coordinate your packing, loading, delivery window….all of the details of your relocation will be handled smoothly by our customer service staff.
